I first met Cheryl over 20 years ago when visiting Vero Beach for spring break. I would take one day and Cheryl would show me real estate options. This went on for at least 10-15 years. I remember telling her, if I ever buy anything in Vero Beach she would be my agent. When the pandemic hit we decided to build a house and move to Vero Beach. I called Cheryl and as always she was more than happy to drive us around. We looked East and West of the river, North and South as well. We were really looking at a couple island opportunities but were a little concerned about the weather and potential impacts it may have on our new house.

Cheryl told us why not go see Bent Pine, it’s a new GHO development I think you might like. I had been doing a bunch of my own research but had not looked at Bent Pine. When we saw the development and the golf course, club house and many lakes I was sold. We had pretty much our pick of sites and plans. Almost 2 years later we closed on our new house. Everything was very slow and complicated trying to build during the pandemic. Cheryl made the entire process much less stressful.

As I transitioned to Vero Beach I needed to find some additional properties to purchase with 1031 transfers. This occurred when we were not in Vero Beach. Cheryl found us a condominium on the beach in North Hutchison Island and a new build Villa in Pulte’s Waterways Preserve Community. We closed on the condominium and new build site unseen. Again, Cheryl made it all possible. Subsequently, we decided to build a new single family house as a rental and sell our Villa. Cheryl handled both transactions and again the process went smoothly. I tell her all the time, this is a great story of excellent customer service. From a random spring break contact to 5 transactions totaling over $2.5 million Cheryl was our real estate professional and became a very good friend. If you ever meet Cheryl ask her about the flat tire story or the late night pick up after our car stopped working! I highly recommend her as a real estate professional who is very experienced, kind, open to any and all suggestions, and someone who does not push to close.
